So, for a story without Trump who already got 46163116315416 threads on this forum; some DC fan petitioned for shutting down Rotten Tomato because of the bad reviews of Suicide Squad. http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/movies/petition-launched-rotten-tomatoes-unjust-reviews-article-1.2737110
Well not really; as he say he want to "send a message".

While I don't like Rotten Tomato for reducing movies to score without analysis and expressing more the critics consensus that the quality of the movies, I do think that fans in this case take things too personally. Don't help that peoples simply don't understand the opinions of critics.

I read this earlier and I just laughed. People will do silly petitions for anything. I can bet all (or a good percent) of the people that signed the petition havent seen the movie yet! It's not out officially even! So these nerds, fanboys, whatever you want to call them.. are just overreacting to their precious movie being rated poorly.

I personally think Suicide Squad looks interesting but I hate how Harley Quinn looks. They overly sexualized her for the movie, in my view. I've seen her in comics a bit and cartoon series (nothing too recent, so perhaps she is more sexual in recent comics? I don't know). But it literally feels she looks how she does to appeal to the horny teens that go to see the movie. Will the movie be good? I don't know.. but I frankly feel people don't need to try to shut down a site over an opinion that they don't agree with.
