Aside from the problems with the methods and everything, I find this to be very problematic:

Problems:

1.) The DNA evidence was sealed to begin with.

2.) Parole board testimony is used against what very well could be an innocent man, putting innocent prisoners in a damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't situation.
