Texas GOP official: Trump is a child rapist

I saw these allegations from an article in another thread and searched around. A GOP official in Texas is protesting Trump, saying he's a child rapist:

She initially tried to file representing herself but it was rejected for technical reasons. She now has a lawyer and the filing above is the one submitted by her lawyer.

The official in question, Robert Morrow, effectively resigned his position as GOP county chair when he declared his write-in candidacy for president:

Morrow has apparently made posts in the comments section of that article.

Just wait for the Trump fans to start firing their accusations at the Clintons for alleged rape and murder in this thread.

I immediately ruled out Dan Patrick or Ken Paxton as the official in question.

These are some nasty accusations. He'll probably blame the "Mexican" judge.

I don't take seriously the gay guy who claims to be Obama's ex lover. I don't think most other people do, either.

And if the investigation reveals this is all true, does that mean he can't legally be president?...also if Clinton gets charged with whatever email scandal thing might prevent her as well? I admit I haven't followed that very closely, but If I understand right it's not looking good for her and could interfere with the legality of her presidency.

If these allegations are true, Trump should be in prison not the president...though I imagine there are some who will utterly refuse to believe it even if he is charged.

This election is just getting worse and worse, utter disaster.

I don't believe the Obama gay lover story either, it's just tabloid trash just like this. Hillary is the only criminal running, they are desperate to deflect those truths in any way.

Hmm I doubt it's false that he's being investigated...it's too early to say if the allegations are b.s or not, the article in the O.P is not the only source reporting on this either plenty of less tabloidy ones are to. probably better to wait till the results of the investigation come out before declaring he did or he didn't. It is pretty damn important that he's even being investigated for this let alone if it comes out there is solid evidence. Doesn't diminish anything Hillary has done, but what she has done is hardly any more important than this.

It is easier to believe a person wouldn't rape a 13 year old sure, but doesn't magically make the accusations false.

Unfortunately, there are monsters who do.

There does not appear to be any criminal investigation, just a civil lawsuit filed by one of the alleged victims.

There is no investigation and this civil lawsuit had been previously thrown out before some wealthy lawyers from across the country decided to give another go. It's just hogwash, I don't even think it was filed after the headline went out which is all they wanted. If you believe this then you must certainly believe all the accusations against Hillary and Bill Clinton...

It was thrown out on technical grounds, not a lack of merit. She tried representing herself and like most citizens had no idea what she was doing; she has now been able to get an attorney and will be able to present her case.
