Given the countries with the highest standard of living in the world have universal healthcare then sounds like more crazy right wing stuff to me...

There are downsides to single payer. For some people they can be pretty significant.

The grass isn't always greener elsewhere and, you could always go elsewhere rather then messing up the place you are. Not that hasn't already happened #thanksobama.
