The Atlanatic: Hannity to Obama: Go Back to Africa

Quote:
I have an offer for the president. I will charter a plane for you and your family. I will make sure it's as big a plane as Air Force One, what you have grown accustomed to, in other words. Taxpayer-funded plane. I don’t know where I’m going to get it. Maybe I'll ask Trump if I can charter his plane for Obama. I will charter Donald Trump's plane if he'll let me, and I will charter it to the country of your choice. You want to go to Canada? I'll pay for you to go to Canada. You want to go to Kenya? I'll pay for you to go to Kenya. Jakarta, where you went to school back in the day, you can go back there. Anywhere you want to go. I'll put the finest food, caviar, champagne, you name it. I have one stipulation, you can't come back.

So how ticked off are republicans about Obama's presidency?

The title of this thread is misleading. It should be "leave the U.S. and don't come back"

I agree the title is misleading.

It sounds as though Hannity is actually trying to say (without actually saying it):

(((See how cleverly and subtly I work in my racism.))) Just more typical style Republican tactics.

If Hannity wants Obama to go back to Africa, maybe he should consider going back to Europe. :P

I've always found this image amusing.

I notice David Graham has changed the title on the blogpost to: "Hannity to Obama: 'You Want to Go to Kenya? I'll Pay for You to Go to Kenya.'"
So you are not the only ones to found the title misleading. I think the passage in question is:

Quote:
I'll pay for you to go to Kenya. Jakarta, where you went to school back in the day, you can go back there. Anywhere you want to go. I'll put the finest food, caviar, champagne, you name it. I have one stipulation, you can't come back.

So perhaps Obama is actually Indonesian. I'm not sure what Hannity meant by that, but I find it interesting that he is so closely allied to Trump.

Meanwhile in Hillaryland:

Hannity's attempt at "subtle" racism. At least for him...

Given Obama was born in the USA seems pretty inflammatory?

Offered for consideration, only:
Stefan Molyneux: The Truth About The Native American Genocide
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNHKDJzgqJg

On further testing, I am apparently of the same genetic haplogroup as Kennewick Man, the Clovis people, and 90% of pre-Columbian North Americans, It traveled into India, the Far East, and supposedly across the Bering Straight. It is reportedly found in less than 10% of Askenazi Jews.

But, it's earliest examples were found in Denisova Cave, of the Altai Mountains, in Russia.

So, should "Native Americans," Jews, Hindus, and Asian people go back to Europe?

Cultural conservatives recognize that the land claim is being based on a polity.

As domineering as it was, it still left most of it's subjects in a better position.

The Brown Berets do say the southern border crossed them.

But, it also crossed Anglos, who were expected to assimilate among the mestizos, according to the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, some generations ago. Each side was expected to adopt the majority culture.

Formally speaking, there should be no opportunity for conspicuous minorities; they would have been bred out of existence, or self-deport when their term of service ended.

I find it hypocritical that many of the people espousing such viewpoints did their best to stay out of the US military.

Many Americans look like immigrants but actually have family buried with honors at National Cemeteries--my father served as an officer in Germany. I have an uncle that put in the full 20 years and retired. I have an uncle that didn't serve in Vietnam--but he tried to--just like Captain America.

I remember reading that loyal, Japanese internees could serve honorably, in WW2, and that blacks took up arms, on behalf of the Confederacy, yet see it as a logical contradiction.

I wouldn't want to be one of the minorities, that was integrated at gunpoint.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/442nd_Inf ... ted_States)
The 442nd did more than just serve honorably.

Daniel K. Inouye, who was awarded the Medal of Honor, went on to become a US Senator.

The Medal of Honor is the highest award for valor in action against an enemy force which can be bestowed upon an individual serving in the Armed Services of the United States. Generally presented to its recipient by the President of the United States of America in the name of Congress.

Without commenting as to their worthiness --
The demographic majority was coerced to recognize them, by force.

Even assuming that they were MENSA's and Nobel Laureates and could spin straw into gold, the Littlerock Nine had to be escorted by an army.

Is it real tolerance?

Are they being used to discourage people.

And, do they know it.
