This is strictly for show. It's obvious from thousands of anecdotes that cannabis is effective for both in many cases. Further, there's absolutely no danger in trying it out just to see if it helps some particular patient.

Good. There's no need to poison people with that snake oil.

I beg to differ. It has been shown in multiple medical studies that marijuana causes several forms of impairment and damage to the brain; as well as damage to the heart and circulatory system. So yes, there is a significant danger in trying to apply that snake oil on people. Anecdotes cannot necessarily be trusted. The placebo effect or an individuals misidentification of effects can convince falsely convince a person of somethings effects. There used to be a widespread belief that drinking alcohol would make someone warmer in the cold. Though doctors found out that it actually made people colder and increased the dangers of cold temperature for a person.

There were clear conflicts of interest in the pre-legalization research. Also, lots of evidence of straight-up bad science. Cast aside your old drug war rhetoric.

The establishment is itemizing every last chemical, in said snake oil, which it has patented, for official use.

You're supposed to pay, to see formal literature, and not be allowed to discuss, it anecdotally.

See the effects of synthetics, on Youtube, and you may come down with a stress condition.

I have never been a regular user, but don't consider the inhalable version of a chamomile tea to be so unethical.
