Tragic story all away around, this guy threw it all away just to be a thug

Agreed, very tragic.

This is just like the high crime rate, around highschool sports teams, in my experience, and resulted from radical Reconstruction. They give preferential treatment, to the worse possible examples of people, as a means of demoralizing the normals.

There will stereoptypically be some chickenhawkish, quasi-Stalinist coach, full of generalized patriotism and morale, but completely bereft of any nameable, moral values or benefits, to the participants. Most of these people will wash-out, in spite of their best efforts.

But, the school, or fraudulent organization will get lots of funding, from these mentally unstable show dogs, put on a pedestal.

I've taken heat for it before, but I'll still say it: jocks are pampered, entitled bullies who no one ever says no to, from middle school, on. Hernandez was just one.

If they want you on the team, they will "pamper" you, too. I was offered one of the slower ones, to be raped, but had gone to Sunday school with him. The coaches were far more concerned by hair length, and with appraising you, sexually. All very homoereotic, like the olden, fascist Greeks -- as in the masculine ideal.

You're supposed to be acting like this is pure Americana, but what is the value system.

I guess that is what happens when a Tight End hates being a Wide Reciever in prison.
