And disabled adults as well. It's a budget savings on the backs of disabled persons, and that's a bad deal.

No plan can kick off anybody off of anything. A new health care law might do that or as looks increasingly probable Congress will not repeal ObamaCare leading to a possible collapse (IMHO it is likely to happen and be gradual not a "death spiral") of the US health care system that might do that.
