Another big part of my youth gone. His Batman was fun from a more optimistic time.

Adam West may not have been the greatest Batman, but he was certainly one of the very most memorable, setting a tone for the Caped Crusader for years.

Bat-Signal to Shine Over L.A. in Honor of Adam West

He was the best of the best. His Batman is my favrourite of all the Batmans.

A bit belated, but RIP. He was the best Batman. Also did great voice acting as 'Catman' from Fairly Odd Parents and 'Mayor West' from Family Guy.

Something i was and in fact still am very sad about. He shaped my childhood and was the only real father figure, even if he was only a fictional one, who taught me important life lessons in a campy but fun way! He was the only guy i would have gone to a comic con for in order to get a photo taken with him.
