It's a rare event when the "good guy with a gun" (in this case there were two) steps in to save the day, but it happened here.

Handing out more guns will do more harm than good, but it's still nice to see it actually happen. Someone in the news for using a gun for something good for a change.

Maybe not as rare as you think. They usually don't get the airtime, and unless an actual shooting takes place often go un-reported. Example: If a mugging is thwarted by and armed citizen without shots fired they will oftentimes just let it go since the would-be mugger will be long gone and the cops would just make nuisances of themselves when they do finally show up.

Why do I keep hearing about handing out guns? Who's handing out guns and where? Wherever they are doing this must be far from me, but I wish I could be there at least once. I could always use a few more guns, and to have them given to me would be a bonus. :D

You're not eligible because you're already armed. :)

It's just a perfect day!

Quote:
Mr Tilghman had a YouTube channel where he posted videos talking about demonic attacks, Fox 25 News reported .

But he held an active licence as an armed guard, the Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training told KOCO 5 News .

In one of his clips, he complains of a demon-possessed squirrel, and in another of his refrigerator attacking him.

In a video uploaded weeks before the attack, he said: "I am under hardcore demonic attack, you know.

"I really need some real people in my life so get in touch with me ASAP."

On a different YouTube page, a user claiming to be Mr Tilghman's brother said he was mentally disturbed, reports Fox 25.

They don't have to know that, though...
