USA national singles day today

since i was single for 52 years, i think i can have a cookie ( i already did) or ice cream or a margarita in honor of whatever it is about us that puts many of us in the "single" category for longer than we'd like.

I had no idea that any such «holiday» like «USA National Singles Day» existed...
(Then again I tend to not participate in nor pay attention to holidays for a variety of often pressing reasons)
