Trump is not moving he is just changing his official residence,he already owns more land in Florida than you could even count on a calculator.He has been living part time in Florida for decades,all thats changed is he will have Florida drivers license instead of a New York one.

Probably not,Trump resorts and condo complexes are to up scale and only cater to the weathiest clientele,ie.. Doral and such

This.

He always split his time between both states, and now, between those two and DC.. He is not "moving". May have to do with Florida's lower estate and inheritance taxes. Or something to do with the court of south Manhattan already investigating him for other stuff.

Governor Cuomo of New York said "he never paid taxes to us anyway!". We don't know. Because hasn't released his tax forms yet.
