IRS agent convicted of raping college intern in Boston.

Prosecuters said IRS agent James Clarke handcuffed the victim inside his parked goverment issued car, assaulted the woman and forced her to engage in sex acts.

A Suffolk county jury found the Boston based revenue agent guilty yesterday of raping the college intern at gunpoint in 2017.

Clarke invited the victim for drinks after work where he handcuffed her inside his car and assaulted her with his service firearm, after the assault she was left at a bus station where she called police.

Clarke denies his guilt and will be sentenced on january 7th.

And I thought high taxes were bad.

I might be pro-life but can I say I'd like to see the electric chair put back in service for some people?

Unfortunatley Massachusetts does not have the death penalty, but I am sure a goverment agent who abused his power will win no popularity contests in Cedar Junction or the Sharon supermax.

Prison violence shouldn't be part of our judicial punishments.

A rope, a box of cartridges, or getting Westinghoused might could return, considering what some people do to get in the jail in the first place, but let's not let prison rapists or thugs dish it out.

It shouldn't be but it is a part of prison life.Or this guy could get PC'ed and in a cell 23 hours a day for the duration of what should be a decade or so sentence.

This guy will not be a happy camper,or maybe he gets lucky and gets sent to Concord a medium security facility.it's all up to the judge and DOC.

The way the corrections system in Massachusetts works is usually they get sent to MCI Walpole or also known as Cedar junction for a 6 month security evaluation.Once there security level is evaluated they may remain at Walpole or get sent to another facility.
The highest security inmates get sent to Souza Baranowski in Shirley,MA this is the highest security in the state, this guy may go there for his own protection and being that the crime is rape I doubt he will go to Concord which is medium security. There is also Norfolk which is another maximum security prison. It will depend on what the evaluators at Walpole decide about his security and safety needs. He may also may serve his time in a county jail if he is seen as a exceptionaly vunerable prisoner,in Mass you can do state time in a county jail

It's unknown really what could happen to this guy.
