The community is coming together Saturday to walk in honor of aspie Thomas Valva, 8, who police said died after he was forced to sleep overnight in a frigid basement in the Center Moriches home belonging to his father and his father's fiancee.

He was murdered...didn't just merely die.

I wonder if the father and fiancee will get life in prison or death, or if they will be able to go back into society after murdering a child. A special needs child at that. I am hoping for life in prison or death if I was in charge I'd say bring out the guillotine and off with their heads, but I am not in charge.

I think the father should be executed.

The fiancee as well, she knew the kid was in the garage freezing to death so in my opinion they should both be charged with first degree murder since both knew what they were doing...no way they didn't know the kid would freeze to death.

I mean I say they should both get the guillotine.

While the parents deserve all the negative attention and punishment they can get, I think there is also the problem of the system failing those two little boys. One dead. The other with all kinds of psychological trama from the abuse and the loss if his brother.
