Apparently they are going to be able to eventually 3D print all kinds of body parts. I believe I saw a story about a 3D printed ear that was attached to someone who lost their ear. Like an exact copy (but reversed of course) of their remaining ear made out of what a real ear is made of.

This is indeed really cool. Burns, in particular, are a nightmare.
