Actor Chadwick Boseman, most known for his role as Black Panther in the marvel cinematic universe, has died of colon cancer.

Shocking, he was filming Avengers while he was getting treatment. RIP.

Died young of natural causes. By "dying young" I mean "dying at younger age than you should these days"(like my dad who died at 63), not "dying young" in the sense of "dying well before middle age like James Dean". But still.

Knew of him for his action/superhero comic book type roles. Didnt realize that he also played Thorogood Marshall, and James Brown. Quite a range! Sad loss of a great talent.

My NT sister and I lost our dad when he was 43, same age as Chadwick Boseman..wow!

But let's all be glad Marvel is doing the right thing by placing Black Panther 2 on hold for the time being.

What a tremendously strong-willed man he must have been, to have kept working as an actor while enduring cancer treatments!
He accomplished so much in a short life!
Sympathy to his family, who at least has memories to treasure.
