I have pretty bad tinnitus, but I learned to habituate it so that I don't notice it at all. Except for when I'm reminded of it like now. Quite a symphony of ringing going on.

I have it.

Btw the “10-15% of population have tinnitus” is a myth based on a stupid survey that didn’t differentiate between occasional tinnitus and chronic tinnitus. Yet this stat persists.
If tinnitus was really that common it would become a famous condition and a national problem triggering way more researches and more content about in daily life media; yet almost no one you ask around really ever heard about it.

That's nice. I'd like to try it once it becomes widely available. I hardly mind mine at all though it's constant and quite loud. The only drawback is that I have to avoid bass-heavy speakers and headphones, else my low-frequency tinnitus goes nuts.

It first appeared after a flight at the end of 2019 (before that, I've had high-pitched tinnitus for over a decade). I think the combination of bass-heavy headphones turned up to overdo the cabin noise and changes in air pressure due to climbing/descending were the triggering factors. Since then I've had it more or less constantly, with variations in volume depending on how much I'm exposed to bass. Naturally, I've stopped using headphones because it clearly makes it worse.

It only affects my left ear, and the frequency, I'd estimate, fluctuates through the 50-100 Hz range. It's quite erratic, a bit like a truck engine in the distance being revved again and again, or somebody throwing a big party a block away. It's a bit annoying sometimes when trying to go to sleep, but as long as I stay away from, say, Avicii and The Chainsmokers, I'm fine with it. I recommend everyone stay away from Avicii and The Chainsmokers, in any case, as it's known to have a detrimental effect on more parts of the body apart from hearing.

^^^thank you there, 1986 :) i now and then get the low-frequency boops, thankfully it is not more common, sometimes i'll get a low-pitched buzzy ringy howl [best onomatopoeic description] that goes away [also thankfully, so far] if i yawn and hyperventilate vigorously and deeply.

Yes, it's for the blood stream in small veins, like your ears' internal veins.

It worked like magic for me, and even occasionally Tinnitus almost disappeared when I was on a high dose on it (two pills a day, doctor inscription).

Sadly Vessel Due F is no longer much available here; also not sure if it's wise to take it forever.
