I'm pretty sure Bush and Obama managed to piss off a few countries too.
And the problem with retiring Biden is that it would mean either Kamala Harris will be our next president (frankly I dont like her either) or we will somehow wind up with either Trump again or somebody just like Trump from the GQP come next election.
