Waste of tax money

These people in this line look like they could all get jobs. Everybody is hiring now. This is theft from actual workers. There are no restrictions on how this can be spent. So yeah it will buy drugs and other bad and unnecessary things.

Giving people money to not work seems to be the current plan. Presumably universal basic income is the goal.
