I wouldn't have made the joke Kimmel made, but it is fairly tame and doesn't strike me as reason for him to be reported to the police.

But I suppose that's "cancel culture" for you.

Greene took Kimmel’s reference to Will Smith’s infamous Oscar slap very seriously indeed, to the point where she described Kimmel’s monologue as a “threat of violence against me” in a Twitter post, and claims to have reported the joke to the Capitol Police.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has threatened violence against her counterparts in the democrat party before. It's pretty rich for her to call the cops on Kimmel, Infact it borders on pathological mental behaviour that she can't see that she indulges in probably much worse conduct. Sarah Palin of course set the benchmark by having gun crosshairs on democrat politicians and Greene is certainly carrying the torch.

I know little about either of them, as they're not particularly important. You seem to be rather emotionally wrapped up in them though. I hope you're not giving yourself ulcers over minor foreign politicians.
