Instead of taxing cow burps they should...give tax breaks to farmers who put "reverse gas masks" over the muzzles of their cattle -to collect their cow's burps (ie collect methane gas), and then recycle the gas.

And while were at it...lets figure out some way to collect the oil off of the faces of America's teenagers. If we collect that much oil , and use it, then it would make America energy independent!


And earwax...make candles out of earwax.
