Pentagon's UFO office confirming craft exist

Last week, the Pentagon’s new UFO office, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), unveiled its long-awaited website. Tucked among previously-released graphics, transcripts and videos is an important new document outlining the office’s mission and objectives.

According to AARO director Seán Kirkpatrick, the most common observations claimed in the 800 reports received by his office as of late May are of “spheres,” 3 to 13 feet in diameter and “white, silver, [or] translucent” in color. Two videos and two images of objects fitting this description, all recorded by U.S. servicemembers, have emerged in recent years.

Kirkpatrick recently co-authored a draft scientific paper hypothesizing that an extraterrestrial “parent craft” could release “many small probes” to “reach the Earth or other solar system planets for exploration.”

Have they confirmed UfO's that look like fireworks falling down and then zig zag through the sky, I'd certainly be curious about the explanation for that.

Were UFOs always a special interest for you, or is it because of recent headlines?

I had direct experience with orbs near my house when I was a small child between 1976-78. Not only watched them out my window in the middle of the night but smaller orbs used to regularly visit me in my room. I watched them with child like wonder like they were a mobile or ceiling lights. My child brain was not able to process what they were. It all stopped when we moved house in 1978.

I think they have confirmed everything under the sun.

The recent bill to amend the National Defense Authorization Act

The UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 would codify 22 highly technical definitions for those and other terms associated with what was until recently referred to as UFOs. It goes much deeper than most prior bills have in terms of driving transparency on the historically controversial topic. Additionally, it seeks to provide $20 million in fiscal 2024 to establish an official, federal UAP Records Collection.

Backed by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., Sens. Mike Rounds, R-S.D., Kristen Gillibrand, D-N.Y., Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and others, the amendment would mandate every government office to identify all copies of government-made, government-provided, or government-funded records relating to UAP, technologies of unknown origin, and non-human intelligence throughout their agencies’ history. For the Department of Defense, such records could date back to the days when its enterprise was known as the Department of War.
