It seems to me this amendment was written to cover both federal and state positions. It doesn't say anything about who enforces it. State AG's are responsible for names on ballots, as far as I've heard, so you'd think it would be the State level that enforces this.

Obvi trump wishes someone would say nope federal and get one shot at a federal decision vs. nope, state, and then he has to oppose every lawsuit in all 50 states.

With the whole "States rights," thingy in the USA I can't see how it'd be decided that the feds tell the State AG's what to do and States are all gonna be okay with that. Hmmm.

PERSONALLY I hope it's left to State AG decisions for obvious reasons. Should be plain as day to anyone that trump is guilty of these alleged crimes - we all saw him do it on TV ffs - and he should be disqualified from the ballot for it, not covered for by the most corrupt supreme court ever.
