Even if Biden respects constitutional presidential limits on power in spite of the supreme court ruling, would trump do that? So idk just seems even more risky getting trump as president as then he could basically do what he wants regardless of constitutional limitations. Biden says he will not do that.

But also I have mixed feelings of respecting Biden for that, but also idk if this is what it has come to, maybe he could use the immunity that has been passed to do a bit more than he has been able to do so far. I am not entirely sure what to think because before this, well it would have been unheard of so not sure how to react.

Biden also said this country would be safe after he banned ghost guns.

"Ghost guns" are guns without serial numbers. Like you...somehow get the parts and then assemble them yourself. There is even a guy who advertises on U tube who boasts that "see this AR 15 of mine? Notice that it has no serial number? You too can have that...and be free of the big bad govt. keeping track of your gun...if you [buy my kit or whatever he is selling]".

Kinda like driving a car without a vin number.

The USA is doomed. There will be a bird flu pandemic and people will be just as ignorant and stupid as they were during covid, and then the nukes will be launched. There will be horrible death, extreme sickness and gut-wrenching misery everywhere. I hate the human race and I hate that my parents brought me into this world. The end. Goodbye.

I think the Supreme Court just told Biden he can round these people up and send 'em to Gitmo.

likely the supreme court meant no such thing, that these enhanced presidential powers only apply to trump and his GOP ilk.

But they did pass it into law, so Biden and the rest of the democrats can maybe use it to their advantage some, as Trump is not the president and if enough people vote blue he will not become the president.

it will be the top of the SCOTUS docket, if a democrat wins, to overturn their own ruling.

Biden should just throw the whole ...Scotus itself...into the slammer, and just reappoint the whole lot of them. WITH new rules for the new Supremes ...like...ETHICS for once!
