I swear that if we spent half as much time that is spent trying to figure out how to keep capital punishment going a bit longer on something productive, we'd all have our jetpacks by now.

it would be more humane if they aimed between his eyes. shooting at the heart likely results in immense pain for a few seconds until the brain is starved of oxygen.
