Yes, many civilian Alawite families perished due to this, number of casualties unknown; but knowing this new syrian forces are former ISIS, it doesn’t look good.

Never ceases to amaze me how former mass murdering terrorists meld back into the general population and then re-appear with new clothes/identity.
