In a long-running trial of a man in the San Francisco Bay Area , Hans reiser , who is accused of murdering his Russian wife , but denies it , and , since her body has never been found , the prosecution is attempting to get a conviction minus actual proof that she is dead , his lawyers , recently , claimed that Reiser's odd behavior is because of undiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome .
