Does this mean that serving as a milkmaid for Ben N Jerry's Breast Milk Ice Cream for a year will cut cancer risk as well?

I honestly thought that /other/ bit of news was a spoof by the onion (or similar). Well we need to do something with all that surplus human milk don't we? 8)

But with the 'credit-crunch', who knows, maybe some mothers will think it's wasted on their kids if PETA seems so keen.

But seriously, I never understood some people's aversion to breast-feeding; if they find it strange or painful for their child to feed from them then there is no reason why they can't just bottle-feed. It's not between 'breast or bottle'.
