It still needs to have more than 20 billion in squandered funds to beat Madoff, 8 billion to beat Stanford or 7 billion to beat Lillon.

Ummm... I can think of several bigger frauds.
Mind-boggling in scale and implications.
Nothing they do surprises me any more.
