yeah, theres always going to be that person that dosent fit in and many people will find enviorenments that they dont fit in but when your the person that doesnt fit in everywhere they go, that really sucks.

The article seems to mostly address gender/cultural barriers which can definetly play a role, but what about when you dont fit in with the culture you grew up in.
Personally, I grew up in Hawaii and I dont fit in their. I didnt adapt the ways they speak, act, etc.

Im in college now, Im right now the closest Ive ever been to fitting in with my enviormenment but then I still dont, its reall fustrating.

Yeah, I can definitely say I don't fit in anywhere. I've been on my university's bowling team since October, and I still don't have anyone I can call a "friend" there. Hell, I'm sure half of them dislike me.
In big groups, I am ALWAYS the odd man out.
