My self stimulation, rocking, is pretty bad. I need to do it all the time like when I'm watching TV , listening to music or just sitting doing nothing.

That began to happen to me. I got into speed-cubing, it keeps me distracted and provides stability, logic, and repetitive motions, making it a fairly good activity to help keep down stimming.

I also like watching cars speed by in heavy traffic, which is probably better than rocking.

I pace while listening to music several times a day. Me and my mom get annoyed because she'll be in my way, I'm in her way, and if she's trying to tell me something I can't hear her.

I often start flapping my hands while I'm sitting down. Great fun :D

I always have to be fiddling with something. My watch, my phone, whatever. Or be biting my nails. Some people find it annoying but I'd rather do it then flap in public.

I stim a lot at home. Not much in public, though. I know I stimmed a lot when I was smaller, too. Well, according to home videos.

I watch the white line on the side of the road when I'm in a car, and I always am either fiddling with something or tapping my fingers.

If this counts, I shake my legs. I don't know why I do it, and it seems involuntary. I'm trying to stop in case I go into high school, but it's hard...I even do it when I'm not bored...

I've been feeling the urge to stim in public, and I think people are starting too notice me trying not too. I can't even clap during assemblies or it sets me into hand flapping. And I do it until my hands, wrists and arms feel like they are gonna melt. Just thinking of it makes me want to do it. Usually snapping to attention (I'm in AFJROTC), or getting a Tic Tac (how ironic) stops it.

I don't think I've ever rocked unless I was listening to music, but I've got a head twist, and leg bopping thing.

My right leg bounces all the time and if things get bad both do. We live in a 190 year old farm house and if I do it downstairs in the dining room it makes the whole floor shake and everyone but me notices.
