Yes, but they aren't over sensory issues.

I used to go nuts, completely off the rails. Now I'm fine, I never have them. I had an emotional breakdown last year but that was different.

I do, but they're thankfully very rare compared to how often I used to have them.

I don't know what's considered a meltdown, so I'm not sure if I have. :P

I don't think I'll ever stop having them.

I have a story behind why I am afraid of treatment for meltdowns, but it's personal and I don't want to get into it.

I can't tell you how happy I was to discover what meltdowns are!

I had them CONSTANTLY as a child and going into my teens, they all but stopped until last year when I started regressing due to unemployment and being pushed around by job centre with no one able to tell me my rights then being forced into an unsuitable work placement...I had a major meltdown, and have came close a few times since :?

When I get a meltdown, it's kinda like the Chernobyl Power Plant's condition on April 26, 1986 a little before 1:30.

I have suicidal meltdowns, and they really scare me. Normally I have a bad one every year. By bad I mean it's unbearable to breathe. I suffer with depression all the time inbetween. I don't know how I cope but I do somehow. I know I wouldn't if it wasn't for the amazing support of my boyfriend. My last therapist said I don't have depression that can be cured with pills, it's because my childhood was so "damaged and disturbed" that I am what I am. Plus being an Aspie doesn't make life any easier to handle! But yeah, anyway.

They're very rare now, but they do happen within a month space. I had one this week on my first day of Diploma of Music course. First one I had in months on end, probably a 6 month difference actually.

I've never had massive meltdowns. When I was five apparently I was very 'badly behaved' at school, my mum was a little ambiguous on the subject, I'd never really heard much about it until she told the MHW, but it's possible they were meltdowns. But sometimes there are too many things to take in at once, it feels like there's a little explosion in my head and I cry a little. I don't yell or throw things (except when I'm v. angry!). But I'm too self conscious to 'act out' in public. I definitely have times when everything just compounds and explodes, so maybe mild meltdowns.
