i have aspergers and bipolar and my mom says it's probably the bipolar but whatever the case whenever i try to pick an interesting book up--or even do a small project for that matter--i can't get myself to pay attention and just stop. anyone have some advice and/or their experiences they've improved upon? i have an english class i should mention btw and that's mainly the purpose for this thought.
thanks to any and all readers!

Well I have ADD and I absolutely love to read, I don't actually know what ADD really is defined as but by what I can tell your Mum could be right but could be wrong, do you find certain things easier to pay attention to than others?
