Yeah, murderer's, that's what I meant to say.
When I used to live at my dad's old house, which was quite large and two floors, when I was going to bed and my dad was already asleep I would turn lights on ahead of me, then turn them off once I got closer to my room, so I was never in the dark.
I still do things like that; I turning off the light in my bedroom is the last thing I do, then hurry to my bed.
Haha, what's that supposed to mean? jk
You wanna know what's weird, I never really had a fear of monsters as a kid, I got scared of aliens, and murderers and crickets that jumped on my face in the middle of the night...but not monsters, haha. (thankfully the first and last are gone now).
Mine is 2 stories right now. I actually have a system if I'm the last up. Kitchen light the only one on? Turn on hall, turn off kitchen, turn on main light, turn off hall, turn on upstairs hall, turn off main, then leave the hall light on. So I know how you feel on that.
I don't jump into my bed anymore though, I try to be so tired that I just fall asleep to the tv or a book in the dark or something.
Random: Have you ever gone in the middle of the night and listened to/heard the noises? It is the freakiest thing ever!
