The software Google Sketchup is a good one, even better with the added plug-in SketchyPhysics :D

For when you need about ten seconds of entertainment. Unless you want to listen to the background music.

Kongregate has some fun games, but don't get addicted. And prepare for nightmares if you dare to get into the creepier games.

jmtb02.com --- Obsessed with elephants, but not always. Mostly lighthearted content.

venbrux.com --- If you like low-budget fake blood and foreign words, you will love this guy.

LA Noire; it could help with identifying social gestures and body language, which can contribute to the development of good social skills. Also, it allows one to use ones own initiative to solve a crime etc.

newgrounds.com has games, videos, music, art, a chat, and a forums and is good for wasting time.

one more level.com is a good game site that gets a new game every week day to play

playr.org you can play some old nes, arcade, and gameboy games if you make a account so that you can save on there.

just dubs.net is good for watching dubbed anime.

mangareader.net has manga comics that you can read.

watchcartoononline.com has some older and newer cartoons along with some anime that you can watch.

League of Legends! Though there is quite a bit of autism discrimination on it and a lot of people on it are ***holes
