I know as an aspie girl who has done her research that it is common for girls in particular but boys too with AS to be immature in some ways, whether its through their interests or behaviour. My most babyish behaviours would be that If I wasn't socially 'too old' I'd still take my two very special reborn dolls out with me, I adore a good Disney film and I have been known to take my mum's hand in really busy places.
Do others have babyish things that set you apart from others your age.

I like Phineas and Ferb more than a grown man probably should.

Even though most people my age are far out of this habit/phase, I am still known to have a thing for holding my mother's/grandmother's hand when going out into public places, which to me is a very frightening experience, I also like to take my Dilbert books with me everywhere I go, whether or not that could be somewhat a babyish trait, I usually do it for comfort anyway, I also have a thing for crying over the most silliest things, for example, if I don't get my own way, I cry, if I don't get my monthly prescription in time, I cry, if I end up missing my doctors appointment, I cry...yes, from the looks of it, I am pretty much a hypochondriac. Also for my most babyish thing, if I am in a very anxious situation I am quite known to hide behind, either, my mum or my dad and to make nervous whining noises do not help it either.

Yes, I guess that is all I can list for now as I would be rambling.

I still play with my toys, and sometimes I take them places with me.

I moved into student accommodation recently. Brought my teddy-polarbear with me, my special blanket and my hat (which is in the shape of a wolf). Could be classified as "babyish".

I am a massive Disney-nut and I'm actually starting to admire the films a lot more now than I did in my youth but I wouldn't really classify that as babyish: Disney's awesome.

I still watch all of those old cartoons (Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Recess, Pokemon, Powerpuff Girls, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) that I watched in my heyday but, again, this is more nostalgia than babyish.

I skip around the place when there's no one else around.

Peter Pan is one of my favourite fictional characters and, at the risk of ridicule, I must admit that I'm one of the two co-founders of my city's "My Little Pony" Facebook fanpage.

I'm still in stage 3 of Freud's theory and in stage 4 in Erikson's. :P

Due to my moralty, everybody tells me I'm very mature. But I like watching cartoons, and in my mind I'm Harry Potter and a Jedi.

I tend to do cat noises and pretend I'm a dog.

I laugh and cry at everything, as loudly as possible.

I watch cartoons sometimes, and I like My Little Pony.

I would still play with my toys if my parents didn't put them on the upper side of my closet that´s almost touching the tall ceiling we have.

I still sleep with a bunch of stuffed animals and I also lack a lot of common sense so I tend to be very naive and childlike in all situations.

I like playing with toys and I sometimes whimper like a dog. (I inherited this when I was a toddler, I thought it was okay for me to do it like my dogs).
I cry when I have to go off of schedule sometimes, and I love watching Pingu. I'm 13.

I tend to burst into tears when in a bad mood, and hate needles. Also have a stuffed animal collection.

I always sleep with my favorite plushie and if I'm away from home for more than an hour I take him with me in my backpack so I can cuddle him if I get too stressed. I have another really babyish trait but it's too embarrassing to admit :(

I cry when I'm angry. Makes it very hard to have a proper argument.

I don't really do that anymore, but I still take my rainbow sock monkey everywhere with me because it makes me feel calm.

Yeah I didn't realize until last year that it was abnormal for a high school guy to still play with action figures... my bad. That and I still reflexively reach for a stuffed tiger and blanket from when I was a toddler every night, I kind of have a mini panic attack when I can't find them... Yeah I am pretty "cool" 8)
I really don't think either one is that big of a deal, I mean I take pride in my ability to entertain myself
