Any teenagers who still hand flap?

I'm 16 and I do it way more than I realize. I get made fun of at school a lot for it, but it still happens

I'm 15, and sometimes I flap my hands if I'm excited or eating something with a really disgusting taste. I guess somehow it helps me tolerate the food better.

I do this too but I'm not really bothered by it

I shake my hands when I am getting really flustered, but I rock whenever I feel uncomfortable stimulated, which doesn't take much.

I'm 16 and I love flapping my hands and arms when I get excited. It feels pretty cool!
I don't really like the way flappy bird does his thing, though.

I do when I'm excited, but that's pretty much it.

I'm 17, and I'll do it when I'm really in my head, getting worked up about something.

I do, 17 here! Though I hate doing it in public, I try to keep it down to just when I'm at home. Same for rocking back and forth, like I think out of all stims those two are most obvious and I get really anxious and self conscious if I find myself doing it under another's gaze. I'm almost always doing some repetitive motion with my hands though.

I do it all the time!! ! Also, when I hear a clock ticking, I tick in tune with it. I don't really care if people notice.

I do, when I'm excited or happy, which is quite frequently.

I do when I'm excited/intensely thinking about something 'exciting'. Like if I'm really happy, or really mad and in deep thought about a scenario.

It's like...I daydream about something exciting, and my hands join in with my mind, sorta.

There was one time when I flap my hand because I was really anxious
And I flap/clap my hands when I'm very happy
I also do leg bouncing to relax my self...I sometimes do it without even realizing

Yep, I didn't even realise I did it until my mum pointed it out, but now I'm usually aware of it.

my hand flapping mostly stopped by the time i ended 8th grade.
it still pops up time to time nowadays when i get really exited or i'm listening to a really great song or something.
