Is anyone a fan of the Hub show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? Do you perk up when you hear the word "rarity'? Do you picture an orange pony with freckles when you see Applejacks cereal? Would you consider yourself a... Brony? Or maybe a pegasister? This is for people like me , whether they're open to the show and buy t-shirts to prove it (me), or hide it and think people will make fun of you (used to be me). Tell me your thoughts about the show, your feelings towards it, favorite and least favorite pony, etc. And to non-bronies: dont be fooled by the title. It isn't as girly as it seems. All hate towards mlp or its bronies will be ignored.

My daugther, deeply and esteemly wishes that I were a Brony.

I am however, NOT a brony.

Though at limited times I can take the show in small doses, and I rather like AppleJack, the country bumpkim pony.

I am a die-hard pegasister. I have a ton of merch. I have dozens of ponies from almost every generation, and a couple of shirts. And funnily enough, I actually do perk up when I hear the word "rarity" or see Applejacks cereal! Haters used to upset me, but I've come to realize that every fandom has its share of haters and if you let other people dictate your likes and dislikes, you're gonna have a bad time. Haters gonna hate, so you gotta keep calm and get your pony on! 8)

My favorite pony is Derpy/Ditzy Doo. I absolutely love the personality and life that the fandom (and, as of The Last Roundup, the show itself) has collectively crafted for her, such as her gentle and sweet personality, her love of muffins, her job as mailmare and even her daughter Dinky. I hope that one day Derpy will get her own episode. I also hope that more toys will be released of her. So far there have been two: a limited-edition Fashion Style Derpy that was sold at Comic Con last summer, and a Hot Topic exclusive all-vinyl toy. I missed the chance to get Fashion Style Derpy, but I ordered the Hot Topic toy and am awaiting her arrival in the mail. I hope that one day Funrise will release a plushie of Derpy. They have released plushies of several ponies (I own Twilight Sparkle) and I am very impressed with their show accuracy, size, texture and overall quality. If I had a Derpy plushie, I'd cuddle with her 24/7 and take her everywhere with me.

Sorry for rambling; I'm crazy for ponies (and especially Derpy!)

Yeah, my favorite is Twilight. I don't hide it, but I don't talk about it.

Love the show, especially the fanmade videos of it. I especially like the character Fluttershy, and don't hide my interest in the show. However, here's the thing.

30% of the fandom is cool.

30% of the fandom are trend followers.

40% are the 4chan idiots. Avoid them like the plague.

Because only 30% of the fandom are intelligent to me, I don't call myself a brony.

My Little Pony is one of my favorite shows and I'm a brony though I agree a significant part of the fandom just sucks.

I watch the show sometimes, but I'm not a "brony" or part of any fandom.

Season four was a lot better than I expected it would be. In fact it even introduced a one-off character who seemed to have AS traits in one episode. In my opinion the overall quality of most of the episodes was pretty good so I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Are you talking about Maud? I knew I wasn't the only one who saw it.
