Did a friend tell you about it, a family member, did you look up "asperger forum" on internet... 'Just curious

I don't remember where I first heard about it. I think I heard about it in various books and articles. I'd always thought it would be cool to join, since I'm really interested in autism and also thought I could find people like me. Then one day I was on another forum and there was a link to this site, and I clicked on the link, spent a little time reading the posts, and then decided to join.

After Mom told me about my diagnosis, I went on a research binge, and Google led me here.

ASD- related google searches made during blue periods.

lots of redirects to this website, i could relate immensely to what others have posted here.

I used to google things I wanted to relate to and WP appeared for me at times, I also wanted an autism forum so I googled it and WP appeared for me.

I found out about WP due to a Wikipedia article mentioning it.

I googled "autism social network."
