That's awesome that you play so many instruments.

I used to play trombone and was pretty into it at first. I let it fall by the wayside in college because I wanted to pursue other interests. I still sing a lot - I was in an all-male a capella group in college and taught singing for a year afterward at a Charter School, and am currently thinking of pursuing vocal coaching further. As a result, I am beginning to teach myself piano, which is coming along slowly, but it's coming. I really like it.

Piano, intermediate skill level... Somehow I retain my ability despite never playing
Oboe, played in school band for an year, beginning level
Viola, played in school orchestra for three years, beginning-intermediate level (I still have it hanging around, but don't want to play because mine is a crappy student instrument...)
Acoustic guitar, intermediate... really it's my sister's guitar, but only I ever play it. The action is too high so I basically stopped playing it after I got an electric.
Electric guitar, intermediate.
I can also produce realistic bird whistles. :D My singing voice is horrible, though. Really.

well, I've had to sell a lot of them, but

Keyboards
Bass
Guitar
Drums
Flute
Sax
Mandolin

As long as there's a 1-to-1 relationship between notes and actions on the instrument, I can usually pick it up (except for the violin...just never got anywhere with that...;) So Trombones, trumpets, french horns, all beyond me...;)

yeah i play a musical instrument, well a few actually, but i feel that i am only okay with one of them, the violin.

I also play and have self-taught myself the:
-cornet
-bass guitar
-guitar
-cello

i love being able to make/play music, it's a fantastic feeling.

I love my bass guitar. My playing skills are pretty tame, my ambidextrous hands always get confused over which is the dominant and so it diminishes my fluidity, but I love being able to sit there and make all sorts of music with the bass - it is truly an amazing melodic instrument. I love listening to and writing music, though my short and oft-shifting attention span is a detriment to me producing larger works (I have dozens of half finished songs :P) But I love listening/analyzing and FEELING music. Metal (Iron maiden, Iced earth) is my main genre, though I love plenty of others.

Virtual instruments. I use a trusty M-Audio KeyStudio 25, with 8 knobs and 1 fader. Doesn't seem like much, but I LOVE THIS THING.

I play piano, guitar and clarinet. I would love to learn how to play the drums or bass guitar.
