Hmm...I've got a camera, but I don't feel like taking pictures right now. My room is very messy to the uninitiated, but I know where everything is, and woe unto the person who tries to "clean it up." I've got world maps along the north wall, keub certificates from TKD on the east wall along with my bulletin board covered in random quotes, comics, and signed celebrity pictures. My bed takes up the south wall, mostly, although I have squeezed in two bookcases, a kicking bag, and a stereo. Also on the south wall are movie posters and my artwork. The closet is in the west, and it is not organized at all. My dresser is in the closet, along with another bookshelf.
I keep Legos in the dresser and my clothes, well, wherever they land, actually. I don't really care about the clothes, but I keep my Legos organized! Also in the closet is my beloved Jedi robe and a supply bin where I keep my lightsaber creation tools: PVC and metal plumbing pipe, rivets, superglue, dremel, etc. I have over 400 books in my room, all organized in my own way. My desk is located on the east wall, and on that desk I have my two external drives, my MacBook, my tablet, my printer, my DVD+-R/ CD-RW, and my lightsaber. next to my desk but before my bed I have another bookshelf, a metal one, that stores my Darth Tater, my teddybear, my Rubik's Cubes, my current books (usually ten or twelve) and notebooks where I keep track of words I enjoy and other "weird" things.
Also, there is my video camera and random computer accessories and my DVD collection, which is an even mix of movies and television shows. I am currently collecting all the DVDs of my television shows, but the only complete sets I have are 24 and House. I have between iTunes and Amazon, most of the Law and Order: SVU sets but I am trying to get CI and the original as they are available. (I am staying away from iTunes right now for the moment because I decided I liked the ability to put my media on my PSP, and the DRM on iTunes isn't compatible with anything but the iPod and AppleTV.)
And then on the floor is my clothes and other books that was reading and never got around to putting away, as well as my camera case (which is a big metal suitcase that I affectionately refer to as a Suitcase Nuke.) There is a box in a corner I use as a filing cabinet, in which every paper that might be important, such as receipts, bank statements, tax returns, etc., is thrown with no attempt at organization.
One of the bookcases also holds my extensive classical music selection.
My bed is a bunk bed with green plaid sheets that is never made unless my mother makes it herself. (I just have never understood the logic of making a bed in the morning only to get back in it at night.) On the bed are five pillows and three blankets. There is a light attached to the bed that lets me read at night. Also located at random places around the room are packages of my favorite candy---sour strawberry straw bites--in various stages of emptiness. (What happens is I forget where I put one and open another, and so on.)
