I work out at the gym, and I find that even though I don't take any extra protein other than a normal diet, I pack on muscle very easily. I have had a lot of adults say that I am extremely strong and wide shouldered for my age. One of my teachers is trained in this particular area, says I am the strongest 14yo he has ever seen. I've never even done anything to prove it, apparently it just the way I walk and move that he can tell. I once did 32 pushups in 30 seconds, but I have a bit of difficulty doing chinups.
