better than thinking you're the best in the world, though you should at least give yourself some amount of credit :o *nod nod* but dont forget to still be a bit humble (else if you ever want to be in a band, no one would stand your ego, if it should ever grow larger than your head)

I love playing the drums. I wish I could have my own drum set in my house but right now I just take lessons. It's the only thing I've ever felt naturally good at.

I used to play the trombone.

Until I got kicked out of my regular school to go to their special-ed section for tantruming. XP

I can play piano, I don't take much interest in any other instrument, beside bass, that is. (I constantly find myself jamming out a bass line on my keyboard.) I can't read notes. Almost every song I have ever learned I picked out by ear, and I don't find myself content until I have picked out every part.

I've played piano for 8yrs but now im tired of it. I would like to play the clarinet, but i dont want to pay for it and the lessons. (I am homeschooled 8) ...) I think paying would be a waste of money that I need for gas and other school that mom is making me pay for...

I, uh, "play" piano. I only know a handful of songs, am not classically trained, and while I enjoy it I sometimes feel taking lessons to get better would be a waste of time and money.
I'm thinking about getting an old bass, though. Learn just a little (a family member of mine played) and see if I can get involved with any groups, just for fun.

We'll see.

I'm playing drums and I've played since i was 11 years old. I was in a band in a year, but then we moved 20 days ago, and i had to quit. I've been singing since i was a very little girl and untill now. (so i guess it's about 10 years or so). I sang in front of 500 people in the age of 11 with 2 other girls and a choir, and I sang in a christmas choir evey year from i was 10 untill I was 13 infront of about 500. Then I sang solo at my school in the age of 10
I sang in the band I was playing drums aswell. We were playing 3 places in a year (we started to play other places after christmas, we started in the summer). And well, then I'm singing alot with my stepsis, and we've putted it on youtube :o .
I played recorder, from when i was 7 untill I was 11. (I played by ear all the years, cause I didn't understand the notes. )
Then I played walkhorn in a year on a music school. But after a year i quitted.

I play everything by ears so i don't use notes. I just have to hear a song 1 time, then I can play it at drums.

So well.. I like music :D

I started learning how to play the keyboard when I was 7. Now I use to play organ in the Church and I'm trying to learn violin, yet I haven't made enough effort for it.
Sometimes people go straight me just to congratulate my skills when I finish playing organ. Of course I feel really happy, but I think I only did what I had to do. Is there anything I might paly that I don't notice and people find it special? Has it happened to anybody?
