Since I only did this at one school, and with 20 kids in the largest group observed, I can't put much stock in it, but I noticed all the kids in the gifted class had "flat" face - forehead, chin, and nose jutting out about the same distance. And all the kids in the special ed class had either a protruding forehead or a protruding chin. The kids in the average group had faces that weren't flat but not so much you would say they had protruding features.
now whenever I see someone with a flat face I wonder if he's gifted
