Sex, drugs and Autism: Rebellion on the spectrum

I sometimes think I am perceived as a rebel since I dress differely, sometimes outlandish and don't match.

I sometimes take entheogenic drugs like LSD and mushrooms, most people see this immedietly as something negative since they lack understanding.

But I don't look like a rebel on purpose.

I dont rebel at all.
Kind of childish if you ask me (just my oppinion)

I dont have the whole rebel lifestyle, nor do I look like a rebel(most of the time), I'm semirebellious mostly in thought. I dislike traditional society and lot of aspects of being normal which isnt good because my parents are conservative.

i hate teachers and usualy pis them of i tagges a building near my school i smoke marihuana drink go to gigs and go out on saturdays believe the government sucks think republicans ans democrats suck there both way to conservative generaly have a problem with athoterty have long hair usualy where only black (sometimes atmy print or baggy yeans) and genaraly outwhit authority figures in discusion to laugh at them afterwords when they cant think of any other argument then it's the rules i hues you could say i'm rebelious

I am a non-conformist.

I went three years without a haircut. When I finally got it cut, I shaved it all off. It's been short since.

it's not trendy where i live, and with long i dont mean emoish long but more metalhead long, leather jackets aren't really trendy here either because the general public thinks hiphop clothes are trendy.

i'm even artistically rebellious, i once made a movie (wich was awarded two prizes) wich was rather shocking as it depicted a nihilistic viewpoint and the whole film was centered around a persons suicide wich eventually happend, it got quite some heads turning:P

I haven't gotten a haircut in 6 months, I wear rock band t-shirts, listen to heavy metal and rock, act like a weirdo on purpose, and am overall strange. My friends are strange too. I rebel constantly.

I don't do drugs or anything like that but I do push my parents buttons. Autism or not all teens are going to test their boundaries.

Yeah right. Long hair and leather is not trendy. Abrecombrie and hollister and all those crappy stores is what is trendy. The majority wears stuff like hollister, abrecrombie, gap, and old navy. The minority wear rock band t-shirts, leather jackets, and wear their hair long.

I'm actually (apparently) pretty damn perfect. I do well in school, obey my parents, and (since I don't have very many friends and don't see the appeal in going out to party) never get into much trouble. I usually stay in my room reading about European history, which keeps my 'rents happy. It's my (neurotypical) siblings that cause all the trouble. >.<

The only thing remotely rebelious about me is my hair, I grow it out into an afro. It is short now but in time...

I hope you aren't ignorant. Sometimes rebellion and ignorance coincide. I was an ignorant AS rebel without a cause. Don't end up like me.

Oh, but garyww was right about the hair and jacket just being trendy.

I say no to drugs/sex/alcohol.

Fashion means absolutely nothing to me and seems like a huge waste of money.

My hair used to be pretty long, but it started to annoy me, so I wear it short now.

I am against all drugs, I will only have sex with someone I truly care about that isn't related to me of course, and I will only occasionally drink around friends because I can act like myself and they find it amusing. I love to grow my hair out but it is very difficult to grow it long as it is curly and turns into an afro.

I'm a commited straightedge so no drugs 4 me. i'm a virgin 2.
Rebellion is another story...

I'm a huge rock music fan, but I don't have long hair or wear leather or do drugs. I can't seem to figure out what kind of music is popular with other kids around my age (15). For a while it seemed like crappy hip-hop music was the trendy style, but it seems like by now everybody's figured out that it's boring. Maybe not, I don't know.
