I'm type 2 although I haven't had a public meltdown since childhood. Despite my differences I'm definitely proud of being an Aspie :) it makes up the best parts of my personality.

Type 2 /4 combo. I don't want to be normal.

Somewhere between 2 and 4 but I've never had public meltdowns and not many private ones, that's more my little brother's realm though he's improved vastly the past few years.

Some sort of cross between a 2 and a 4. I mean, I'm proud of being an aspie, but I really wish I could be less awkward sometimes.

Type 3 and type 4 but I think there is a lot more to AS than just those types.

I can act NT and maintain friendships to the point where people can't tell. I will occasionally slip up and be a little awkward, especially if I get nervous or anxious.

Though on the inside my world is a little different. My thought process is totally different to NTs and I perceive the world in a different way. So although I look very mild on the outside, It really isn't mild at all.

Scratch that. I'm 1 and 4. Some of 1 and some of 4 not full of both

I think I fluctuate between Types 1 and 2. I don't have meltdowns in public but I am quite socially awkward. I wouldn't say I have an active desire to be normal but I would like to learn how to pass for a neurotypical person in certain situations.

I think I straddle the line between a 2 and a 3 a lot of the time. All I want to do is desperately fit in. I FEEL different, but people seem to have no problem with how I act; they sense no awkwardness.

I'm a 3. Most people can't tell I have AS unless I tell them, but once I do, it becomes fairly apparent.

I've gone through all those stages really. I used to by Type 1 until I was about 10, then Type 2 for a couple of years, now I'm kind of a combination of 3 and 4

It depends on what mood I am in, how much sleep I had the previous night, what the lighting and ambient sound is like, how many people I am dealing with and who those people are, etc.
Sometimes, I am overloaded with coursework, have had no sleep, and am being crowded in a school corridor by people who demand that I recite pi to 50 decimal places (wish I had never done that in school now), I feel completely clueless and often have to run away or I will have a meltdown.
Sometimes, I am talking to a couple of friends about philosophy or Lord of the Rings or whatever, in a comfortable place, on Saturday evening, I am definitely more like a type 3 or 4.
