I hate brushing my teeth, but I'm usually able to steel myself to do it. It's the taste of the toothpaste that bothers me, though; as long as I have a regular toothbrush I'm fine, but if I try to use an electric one, I can't bear doing it.
Just a comment directed at SolaCatella and anyone else with problems with flavors:
Toothpaste comes in very many different flavors. I used to only use children's toothpaste - it's a much less sharp flavor. I still can't use regular paste flavor toothpaste.
So try different kinds of toothpaste. You'll find something you like.
As a side note, I rarely remember to brush. I probably brush once or twice a week on average... more when I have a dentist appointment coming up... want my teeth looking their best for the dentist
On a third note, some people commented about sensitivity. Both my sister and mom complain about sensitive teeth. They use very soft bristled brushes with Sensodine or other special toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I think the toothpaste can be a source of gum irritation from brushing.
