0 - 10 = low
11 - 22 = average (most women score about 15 and most men score about 17)
23 - 31 = above average
32 - 50 is very high (most people with Asperger Syndrome or high-functioning autism score about 35)
50 is maximum

According to the AQ test (and the above quoted post), I don't have autism at all since out of the three times that I have taken this test, I have scored 25, 29, and 19; this is coming from someone who was diagnosed on the autism spectrum at age 2. But then again, this test is not actually an accurate indicator of whether or not someone is actually on the autism spectrum.
