I enjoy psychology and looking at architecture pictures. Interestinly, I can notice patterns for pictures better than some professional photographers and know quite a bit about various psychological conditions.

Same. I also read medical textbooks until I was banned from them due to my hypochondriasis. I read light novels whenever I can.

Studying drugs, recreational ones mostly, how they work, why interactions can happen and just anything drug related really. why LSD causes such bizarre behavior in such a low dose (100 micrograms) a teaspoonful of LSD is enough drug for between 50,000 strong trips and 200,000 weak trips and how a drug like that can give you such long lasting positive effects (in most cases)

Also the future of medicines, and research chemicals (new recreational drugs that have just recently shown up on the market)

I collect diaries and notebooks. Obsessively. Though I do write in them, so it's not totally useless.

I also... get really, really obsessive over certain topics, and read about them for ages on end. Or I look up versus comparisons between two similar items (mac vs pc vs linux, Playstation vs Xbox, whatever) — not to be persuaded either way, nor even necessarily because I'm interested in either, just because I enjoy the comparison. I also love reading highly opinionated reviews, so I'll look up "why I love x" or "why I hate y". This could be something I'm interested in, like a game I'm currently playing or a book I've read, or something I have no interest in whatsoever — I just like reading people's thoughts when they get passionate about something. If there are comments sections on the articles that's a plus — I enjoy the arguments and discussions that go on there as well. I do this way, way too often.

Well, crap. I didn't realise until I typed it out just how much of an odd thing that was, or how borderline obsessive I was over it. Ah well — you learn something new every day!

Precolumbian economic history. Outside of academia I've never even heard of anyone who's even vaguely interested. But for me it's like crack cocaine.

I download albums from Mediafire and Rapidshare all day based on sonic proximity to My Bloody Valentine.

I eat/sleep/breathe all things Star Trek related; watch all the episodes from all the different offshoots (Voyager, Next Generation, Enterprise, Original Series) over and over again, inadvertently memorizing all the lines. Only one I haven't gotten to is DS9. Soon though.

I also study psychology, more specifically, anything Asperger's/Autism/PDD related. Like ChrisVulcan I'm fairly certain I know enough about Asperger's in particular that I'm capable of diagnosing it as well as your average clinical psychologist.
