I used to stay up until 3 or 4 in the morning, and wake up in the late afternoon.

Now I go to bed at 9:30 every night, as enforced by my parents.

It's summer vacation now, so the "school night" bedtime of 10:30PM doesn't apply anymore. (I'm going to be a senior in HS)
Now with summer vacation, I'm up until at least 12AM, sometimes closer to 1AM before I fall into the bed. Wake up time is somewhere around 8-9:30AM.
School days it's 6AM but I usually don't get up completely until 6:15AM. I leave at 7:05-7:10 to catch a bus at 7:20-7:25.
The only time where I am up past about 1:30AM is New Year's Eve into the new year. Obviously midnight PT begins a new year, so I don't usually feel tired until after 2AM.

When I have to go to school I normally go to bed between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am.
In case I have holidays I go to bed between 01:00 am and 04:00 am.

I'm in my room for the night by 9:30, but I usually don't go to sleep until 1-4AM, and usually end up waking up between 7 and 11AM.

Does anyone else find that they almost prefer to function at some level of sleep deprivation? I feel wired when I get enough sleep.

I'm always in bed by 10 PM.
And yeah, I feel fine with my usual sleep pattern, which is to sleep 2 hours, wake up, sleep 2-3 hours, wake up and then I usually stay awake after that. If I go back to sleep after that second sleep cycle, I feel terrible all day. I don't feel wired, though. I feel groggy like I hadn't any sleep at all.

I'm in bed by 4:30 AM, usually up between noon and 1PM. (I work 3PM-midnite 4xweek).
I like these hours because I hate sunrises and always at my weakest pointe around 6-7AM.
I never have got along with "morning" folks.
FWIW, I take allergy meds that have the side effect of making me sleepy, however I still usually wake up every 2-3 hours.

I don't have a designated bedtime as long as I sleep for more than an hour. My mother's words, not mine.

Last night I stayed up until about 1:30 am, and the night before about 11:45-ish. It varies.

On a similar vein, my mother doesn't care how late I stay up as long as I'm asleep before she wakes up.

In other words, I need to start turning off the lights sooner if I'm going to continue keeping odd hours.

I like staying up late, so my bedtime often fluctuates.
